No information collected on the website will be given, sold, rented or otherwise distributed outside of Paxton/Patterson LLC.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Accuracy of Product Information and Photos

Anytime we learn that there is an inaccuracy or there has been a change to a product we immediately update this website. The colors shown in the product photos reflect the colors of the product we will ship unless so stated. Tools and other items in illustrations of cabinets and lockers are not included unless so stated. If the product you receive is not what you expected when you purchased from our website please call 800-323-8484 to arrange for a return for credit.

FREE FREIGHT - NO SURPRISES

All orders for $100 or more are shipped freight free. For orders less than $100, a $10 shipping and handling charge will be added. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will have “beyond charges” prepaid and added to your invoice. Please also read the following $25 Hazardous Material Charge section which applies, regardless of order size.

Regardless of original order size, any items backordered are always shipped freight free.

TAILGATE DELIVERY

Our standard shipment method for furniture, machinery and large quantities of supplies is tailgate delivery. Inside delivery, delivery on trucks with liftgates, installation, setup and training are not provided without prior written agreement, including the cost for the services – call 800-323-8484 to arrange for these services.

NEXT DAY OR 2ND DAY DELIVERY VIA UPS

Is available, additional charges will be invoiced. For same day and two day shipments, please place your order by calling 800-323-8484 before 12:00 noon Central Time.

$25 HAZARDOUS MATERIAL CHARGE PER ORDER

We comply with the Department of Transportation’s rules for packaging, labeling and shipping hazardous materials. If your order includes one or more items marked HAZMAT, please add $25 to your order to cover handling, packaging, labeling and shipping of hazardous material. Our $25 hazardous material charge is per order, not per item. We do not ship any hazardous material by air.

EDUCATION PRICING

Due to our educational distributor status, all Delta, Jet, Lincoln, Miller Electric, Performax, Powermatic, Steel City and SolidWorks product prices contained in this catalog are priced for sale to educational institutions only. Individuals and non-educational organizations should call 800-323-8484 for pricing of products from these manufacturers.

CHECK-IN YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY

Check in your order immediately because concealed damage (merchandise is damaged, but cartons are not visibly damaged) must be reported within seven days to establish a claim with the freight company. For all orders, count the number of cartons and examine all cartons for damage. For missing cartons or visible damage, state the problem on the freight bill.

CONTROLLING YOUR PERONAL INFORMATION

You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:

• whenever you are asked to fill in a form on the website, look for the box that you can click to indicate that you do not want the information to be used by anybody for direct marketing purposes
• if you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by writing to or emailing us at sales@paxpat.com

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.
