All cuts of balsa wood can be performed by laying the stock on top of plan
House is built in 3⁄4˝:1´ scale, finished house is 30˝L and 21-1⁄4˝W
CONTENTS: Scaled balsa wood, instruction book, working and detailed blueprints, cutting saw, glue, pins and extra balsa wood
